Gummy vitamins
These are basically sour gummy bears with vitamins. I've been taking them for two weeks and have no idea if they are doing anything for me. I keep bottle on my desk at work and eat three every morning if for nothing else than the fact that they taste good.

As far as I can tell, Jamba Juice is the best post-workout option. Just hit the one in south pasadena. So fucking good.

Salami Provolone Pita
I had a salami/provolone pita for lunch. At Trader Joe's, they have these packages, 10 slices of provolone & 10 slices of salami for 4 bucks. Get that and a package of pitas for less than two bucks. Heat up the pita in the microwave for fifteen seconds, throw a couple slices of cheese and a couple of salamis, fold it up and eat it. Very easy to wrap in a paper towel and eat on the go. I've found it's the perfect thing to eat in the car on the way to the driving range on my lunch break. There you go. Lunch for the week at $1.20 a day. Fuckin' booyah.
